Return & Refund Policy

At UNTMART, we strive to deliver high-quality eco-friendly products and a smooth shopping experience. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required to initiate a return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or bulk orders

  • Products used or not in original condition

  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged)


3. How to Initiate a Return

Once approved, we will share the return address and instructions.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share photos of the damaged item and packaging for a faster resolution.

  • We may offer a replacement or full refund based on the situation.


6. Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.


7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is returned safely.
